Bonne Maman Strawberry Jam Granola Bowl

  • Bonne Maman Strawberry Jam
  • 60 g puffed rice
  • 150 g of oat flakes
  • 100 ml agave syrup
  • 100 ml maple syrup
  • 50 g grated coconut
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Coconut flakes
  • Plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • A few pieces of strawberries
Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients: puffed rice, oat flakes, shredded coconut, coconut oil, agave syrup and maple syrup. Mix everything together until you have a smooth mixture that is well coated with syrup.
  2. On a baking sheet, place parchment paper and spread a thin layer of granola, then bake for 15 minutes at 160° degrees Fahrenheit (160°F).
  3. Let cool for a few minutes after removing from the oven. The granola will harden and become crunchy.

    Tip: You can store your granola for up to a month in an airtight jar.

  5. The base of your granola bowl is Greek yogurt. You can choose plain or vanilla, depending on your preference.
  6. Add the desired amount of granola, a few coconut flakes and pieces of strawberries, then garnish with two spoonfuls of Bonne Maman Strawberry Jam.
  7. Your bowl of granola is ready to enjoy!
