As such, Best Brands is responsible for hosting and operating in Canada this website promoting branded products Good Mom® (the “ Website ”).
Branded products Good Mom® are manufactured by Andros (a general partnership), with a place of business at Zone Industrielle, 46130 Biars-sur-Cère, France (“Andros”). The trademark Good Mom® is owned by Andros and used under license by Meilleures Marques.

The ultimate parent company of Best Brands is Recipe Limited Corporation (“ RECIPE ”). Best Brands is now one of the restaurant and grocery banners that are affiliates, divisions or franchisees of RECIPE (the “ Group”) . RECIPE »). Ultimately, RECIPE is responsible for hosting and operating this website and managing the Personal Information that may be collected as part of your interactions with this website or more generally with Meilleures Marques.
