Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground almonds, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the grapeseed oil.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the mixture and mix well.
- Grease a loaf pan and pour in the batter.
- Lower the oven temperature to 165°C (330°F) and bake for 55 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes, then unmold the cake.
- Once the cake is completely cool, glaze it.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler, then add the grapeseed oil to obtain a smooth, shiny consistency. Stir in the praline.
- Pour the glaze over the cake to coat it completely and let it set before slicing.
