Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut a baguette into about ½-inch slices. Place the slices on a baking sheet and brush each slice with olive oil and sprinkle with a little salt, if desired.
- Bake for 10 minutes until lightly browned.
- Then spread each crostini with goat cheese, add a good teaspoon of Bonne Maman Fig Jam.
- Place half a slice of prosciutto on each crostini.
- Place fresh lamb's lettuce or rocket leaves on each crostini to taste.
