Crostini with figs, prosciutto and goat cheese

 
Easy
  • 1 French baguette (cut into 12 slices)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 300 g of goat cheese, plain, at room temperature
  • 12 tbsp Bonne Maman Fig Jam
  • 12 slices of prosciutto
  • Lamb's lettuce or fresh rocket
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut a baguette into about ½-inch slices. Place the slices on a baking sheet and brush each slice with olive oil and sprinkle with a little salt, if desired.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. Then spread each crostini with goat cheese, add a good teaspoon of Bonne Maman Fig Jam.
  5. Place half a slice of prosciutto on each crostini.
  6. Place fresh lamb's lettuce or rocket leaves on each crostini to taste.
