Hazelnut and Cocoa Spread

For the crust:

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/4 cups Oreo cookie crumbs

For the filling:

Steps
  1. For the crust, mix the two ingredients with a fork and place in the bottom of a springform pan, pressing evenly.
  2. Bonne Maman's tips

    You can use the bottom of a glass to crush the mixture well.

  3. Using an electric mixer or stand mixer, beat all ingredients until smooth.
  4. Spoon the mixture over the crust. To create a marbled effect, place a few small spoonfuls of spread on the cake and, using the tip of a knife, spread them in a pattern.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. To serve, trace the outline of the cake with a knife before unmolding.
  7. Optional: add crushed hazelnuts as decoration.
