Steps
- For the crust, mix the two ingredients with a fork and place in the bottom of a springform pan, pressing evenly.

Bonne Maman's tips
You can use the bottom of a glass to crush the mixture well.
- Using an electric mixer or stand mixer, beat all ingredients until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture over the crust. To create a marbled effect, place a few small spoonfuls of spread on the cake and, using the tip of a knife, spread them in a pattern.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- To serve, trace the outline of the cake with a knife before unmolding.
- Optional: add crushed hazelnuts as decoration.
