Strawberry Jam

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup full-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Filling: Peaches and cream

Topping: PB & J

Filling: Blueberry Coconut

Steps
  1. No-cook oats are all the rage, yes, but for good reason: these oats “cook” themselves. The grains hydrate and soften overnight, and when you wake up, all you have to do is reach into the fridge for a bowl of cold, delicious oats. This is a very versatile dish because you can add fun toppings, hydrate the oats in different ways, and layer tons of flavors.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a covered container or jar, and let the oats sit in the refrigerator for 8 to 10 hours to hydrate.
  3. When ready to eat, add toppings as desired.
