Oranges filled with gingerbread cream and Bonne Maman Orange Marmalade

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 230°F.
  2. Blend the gingerbread cookies until you get a fine powder.
  3. Pour the milk and cream into a saucepan, bring to the boil then add the gingerbread powder while stirring.
  4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla. Gradually add the mixture while stirring. Cook the cream in a bain-marie over low heat for about 45 minutes.
  5. Cut and core the oranges. Using a piping bag, fill with gingerbread cream and finish with a spoonful of Bonne Maman Orange Marmalade. Using a chocolate pen, draw a smile on the oranges…
  6. Bonne Maman offers you a delicious disguised treat to delight little monsters with tender hearts!
