Steps
- Peel the pears. Then, in a saucepan, pour the water and sugar. Put the pears in the saucepan, add a little vanilla powder (or fresh vanilla) and cook at a high boil for 30 to 45 minutes depending on the pears.
- In a salad bowl, mix the dry products: flour, yeast, salt, sugar, and cocoa powder.
- Add the eggs, melted butter and milk. Mix until smooth. Add 3 large teaspoons of spread. Mix again.
- Then, place the pears in a buttered and floured cake tin. Cover with the cake batter. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
- Leave to cool after removing from the oven, then cut into nice slices and serve with a little Bonne Maman Hazelnut and Cocoa Spread before enjoying!
