Steps
- Mix together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, hazelnut powder, spices and salt.
Then add the butter in small pieces. Crumble the mixture well with your fingertips,
then add the water. - Form a ball. Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 30min.
- Cut the pie dough in half, 1/3 on one side and 2/3 on the other. Roll out both
doughs with a rolling pin. Shape the larger dough into a tart tin. Prick the base of the
pastry with a fork and place the jar of Bonne Maman strawberry jam on top. - Cut the second pastry into 1cm strips. Form the grid as shown in the video.
Working from top to bottom, until you get the desired effect. - Brush with egg yolk.
- In a hot oven, bake for 40min at 180°C. Then leave to cool
