Hazelnut and Cocoa Spread

Steps
  1. For the cream mixture, beat the mascarpone for 1 minute in a large bowl.
  2. Add the sugar and mix to combine well.
  3. In a medium bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. In 4 Bonne Maman pots, layer the layers as follows:
  6. Coffee-dipped ladyfingers (dip each side briefly).
  7. Mascarpone cream.
  8. A thick layer of Bonne Maman hazelnut and cocoa spread.
  9. Mascarpone cream.
  10. Finish with Bonne Maman Hazelnut and Cocoa Spread and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts. *To soften the spread: Use the double boiler method.
  11. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
