Steps
- For the cream mixture, beat the mascarpone for 1 minute in a large bowl.
- Add the sugar and mix to combine well.
- In a medium bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- In 4 Bonne Maman pots, layer the layers as follows:
- Coffee-dipped ladyfingers (dip each side briefly).
- Mascarpone cream.
- A thick layer of Bonne Maman hazelnut and cocoa spread.
- Mascarpone cream.
- Finish with Bonne Maman Hazelnut and Cocoa Spread and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts. *To soften the spread: Use the double boiler method.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
