Steps
- In a saucepan, bring to the boil the Bonne Maman More Fruit, Less Sugar Strawberry Spread, the lemon juice and the pectin.
- Mix well until the pectin is completely incorporated.
- The preparation must remain on low heat until it reaches a temperature of 108°C and this for 45 min. Without this, the fruit pastes will tend to release water and you will not obtain the desired consistency.
- Place the mixture in a mold, leave to cool and place in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
- Unmold your fruit pastes and roll them in granulated sugar.

You can keep them for up to two months maximum arranged on baking paper in a tin; or several months in the freezer.
