Steps
  1. In a saucepan, bring to the boil the Bonne Maman More Fruit, Less Sugar Strawberry Spread, the lemon juice and the pectin.
  2. Mix well until the pectin is completely incorporated.
  3. The preparation must remain on low heat until it reaches a temperature of 108°C and this for 45 min. Without this, the fruit pastes will tend to release water and you will not obtain the desired consistency.
  4. Place the mixture in a mold, leave to cool and place in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
  5. Unmold your fruit pastes and roll them in granulated sugar.
  6. Bonne Maman's tips

    You can keep them for up to two months maximum arranged on baking paper in a tin; or several months in the freezer.
