Crêpe pops with Bonne Maman Hazelnut and Cocoa Spread and hazelnut pieces

Pancake batter

  • 2 ½ cups (300 g) flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 cups (1 liter) whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons (50 g) butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flavoring of your choice (rum, orange blossom, vanilla)
  • Some skewers

Steps
  1. Beat the eggs then add the flour and mix everything together.
  2. Pour in the cooled melted butter and mix again. Add the milk little by little, mixing well. Then let it sit for 2 hours.
  3. Cook the pancakes.
  4. On a board, spread a generous amount of Bonne Maman spread on a crepe, then sprinkle with pieces of lace crepe and praline.
  5. Roll and cut into small pieces about 2 cm thick.
  6. Stick your crepe on a skewer! Repeat as many times as you like!
  7. Your recipe is ready to be enjoyed with your family! Enjoy!
